[9] Quality Assurance Engineer

Experience :2–5 years (or as per requirement)

Location: Pune Office

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with 15–20 days' notice preferred

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality
  • Design, document, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities with the development team
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using open-source frameworks
  • Identify, record, and track bugs with clear, reproducible details
  • Work closely with developers and project managers to understand requirements and resolve issues
  • Ensure testing processes align with project and client expectations
  • Participate in code reviews and debugging activities
  • Research and implement new tools, testing strategies, and best practices
  • Contribute to process improvements and team knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all QA outputs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in automation testing (API, Mobile, Automotive domains preferred)
  • Familiarity with open-source automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, REST-assured)
  • Good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
  • Exposure to Agile/SCRUM environments
  • Ideally certified in ISTQB or equivalent testing certification
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Proactive attitude with a solution-driven approach
