Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly RA (Running Account) Bills, Transportation Bills, and Breakdown/O.T. (Overtime) Calculations as per client work orders, for Heavy Equupments supplied on rental basis such as Cranes, Piling Rigs, Boom Placers, etc.

  • Verify equipment deployment, idle hours, breakdown hours, and prepare summaries for billing accuracy.

  • Coordinate with the P&M (Plant & Machinery) department to reconcile breakdown reports, operating logs, and fuel records.

  • Maintain site-wise and client-wise billing trackers and ensure submission within agreed timelines.

  • Communicate with clients for work order clarifications, approvals, and acknowledgment of bills.

  • Call for and verify summary sheets, utilization reports, and log sheets from client/site teams.

  • Maintain documentation and ensure proper filing of bills, work orders, and supporting reports.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-8 years of billing experience in equipment rental / construction / infrastructure / EPC industry.

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.

  • Experience in handling RA billing and reconciliation with clients.

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills (with site teams and clients).

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
