Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all techno-commercial aspects for the award of Civil & Pipeline laying work for large water distribution & water treatment projects (like Dams, Canal, industrial civil works etc.)  
  • Identify & deploy resourceful Contractors according to the nature of work.
  • Negotiate best price points and finalize terms and conditions with vendors and subcontractors as per guidelines.
  • Oversee and manage the entire contracting process from receipt of requirement up to the award thereby ensuring timely finalization and within the internal cost estimates.
  • Coordinating with all stakeholders namely Project team, site construction team & Internal estimate team on all techno commercial issues.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to improve continuously.
  • Support Business development team for cost estimation of Civil works.
