We are looking for a Field Supervisor to manage the Street team's slogger

The ideal candidate should have field experience and operational expertise to

drive street slogger performance, hiring, and retention while ensuring high productivity and

compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

ABC Square Building, New Town near (near city centre 2), Kolkata

1. Team & Performance Management

Manage street sloggers in city to achieve weekly and monthly FTV targets.

Monitor performance and ensure all sloggers meet their goals.

Conduct regular check-ins, training, and performance reviews for the team.

2. Hiring & Retention

Identify and onboard new street sloggers to scale operations

Work closely with the recruitment team to fill open positions and maintain the

required headcount.

Retain high-performing sloggers by addressing concerns and improving engagement

3. Field Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure sloggers follow assigned beat plans and actively onboard new drivers.

    Conduct regular field visits to track on-ground performance.

    Monitor attendance and discipline within the team.

    Ensure all sloggers have the necessary IDs, branding materials (T-shirts, visiting

    cards,

    Key Requirements:

    Minimum 0-1 years of experience in field operations, sales, or team management.

    Experience in hiring, training, and performance management.

    Good knowledge of operational areas and supply market dynamics in the city

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

    Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge for tracking reports, Monday-Saturday, 9 AM-6 PM
