We are seeking dynamic and high-performing Sales Professionals with strong experience in Pharma or Hospital sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in field sales, client acquisition, and relationship management. For the executive role, we expect passion, energy, and a strong inclination toward knowledge-driven software sales.

You will be responsible for selling innovative healthcare and enterprise software solutions to clinics, hospitals, diagnostics, and pharma clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in the healthcare, pharma, and hospital ecosystem.
  • Present and demonstrate software products clearly to decision-makers, doctors, and management teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure recurring business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through structured sales planning and follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals independently.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, demos, and client communications in CRM tools.

RequirementsFor Sales Manager (Senior Role):

  • 1–8+ years of experience in Pharma Sales or Hospital/Medical Equipment Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing a sales team (preferred).
  • Good understanding of healthcare software, HIS, EMR, or SaaS products is a plus.

For Sales Executive (Junior Role):

  • 0.6 – 3 years experience in Pharma Sales, Medical Representative role, or Hospital Sales.
  • Strong passion for software sales and ability to quickly learn product features.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a long-term sales career.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling SaaS-based products in healthcare.
  • Strong presentation & demo skills.
  • Ability to understand product workflows and explain software value to clients.
  • Fluency in regional language(s) is a plus.
