Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

Must have 6 to 8 years of experience in development, implementation and sustained support of the BMC Helix IT Service Management system and writing custom workflows using Remedy forms and objects like Active Links, Filters and EscalationsHands on experience in BMC Helix Innovation Suite, BMC Helix MCB & BMC Helix iPaaS (Jitterbit) Development & SupportSolid understanding of ITSM processes and Integration techniques.Strong Knowledge of ITSM Module Like Incident, Change, Problem, SRM, Work Order, SLM, Release managementProvide creative solutions to resolve business problems via customer requirements based on system capability, process gaps (ITSM/ITIL) and cultural challengesProvide on-going technical assistance, handling incident tickets on a priority basis, software configuration/customization assistance including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrationsDevelop and implement new functionality determined necessary to support ITIL processes.Smart IT knowledge & experiencePreventative maintenance, such as performance tuning, archiving.Should understand Helix architectureStrong knowledge of Foundation DataStrong knowledge on DWP/MYIT, AR System ReportsGood knowledge of Asset Management, CMDB, Approval FlowGood Exposure and hands on with Web Service & Rest API integrationGood understanding of Database queriesOpen to work in 24X7 OperationsITIL Foundation is requiredPreferable if Spoon Job knowledge
