Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesTo lead agile, insight-driven decision-making by translating complex consumer data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for marketing, product, and business teams. The role is pivotal in driving advanced analytics, leveraging AI tools, and fostering a high-performing insights team.
- Deliver sharp, high-quality consumer insights aligned with business objectives, using advanced analytics and AI tools to uncover hidden patterns and opportunities.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies and stories that influence marketing, product.
- Drive stakeholder alignment through insight-led action planning and workshops, ensuring insights are embedded into business strategy.
- Foster innovation by piloting new methodologies and technologies in consumer research.
- Lead and mentor a team of insights professionals, ensuring growth, engagement, and retention.
- Maintain strong partnerships with research agencies and negotiate effectively on cost and timelines.
- Ensure timely delivery of insights projects with high quality and process adherence, maintaining transparent communication with internal stakeholders.
MBA from a good college. Exposure to Maths at Under-grad level preferred.
General Experience12–15 years post-MBA experience in consumer insights, with exposure to both agency and client-side roles. Strong quantitative research background with qualitative experience. Proven experience in applying AI tools and techniques for advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, segmentation, and automation of insight generation. Experience or passion in the automotive sector is a plus. Experience in marketing roles is an advantage.
Critical ExperienceExpertise in quantitative research and multivariate statistical techniques.
Proficiency in AI tools and advanced analytics platforms.
Strong storytelling and data visualization capabilities.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
