Role & responsibilities-

  • Manage end-to-end execution of ground-mounted/rooftop solar projects, from pre-construction planning to final commissioning.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project execution.
  • Collaborate with government authorities, local bodies, and utility companies to ensure statutory compliance and approvals.
  • Monitor daily progress at site, resolve technical or resource-related issues, and ensure adherence to construction standards and safety norms.
  • Prepare project schedules, cost estimations, progress reports, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Lead subcontractor management, vendor coordination, site logistics, and manpower planning.
  • Ensure project delivery meets client requirements, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct periodic project reviews with senior management and share actionable insights.

Key Skills & Competencies-

  • Deep understanding of Ground-mounted/Rooftop solar project lifecycle and construction workflows.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent project planning and execution skills with proficiency in MS Project or similar tools.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Sound knowledge of civil and electrical aspects of solar construction.
  • Commitment to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols and industry best practices.
