About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Lead Design Verification Engineer
to join our cutting-edge semiconductor team. You will play a pivotal role in verifying complex digital designs, ensuring robust functionality, and driving quality across high-speed interface protocols like
DDR, PCIe, and Ethernet
. This is a leadership position that demands technical depth, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    verification planning, architecture, and execution
    for IP and SoC-level designs
  • Develop and maintain
    UVM-based testbenches
    and reusable verification components
  • Drive
    coverage analysis
    , debug failures, and ensure comprehensive verification closure
  • Collaborate with RTL designers, architects, and validation teams to define and refine verification strategies
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Interface with cross-functional teams to support silicon bring-up and post-silicon validation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience
    in digital design verification
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    UVM/SystemVerilog
    and simulation tools (e.g., Synopsys VCS, Cadence Xcelium)
  • Deep protocol knowledge of
    DDR (DDR3/DDR4/LPDDR5), PCIe (Gen3/Gen4/Gen5), and Ethernet (10G/25G/100G)
  • Proven track record of
    verification ownership
    from spec to tape-out
  • Experience with
    assertion-based verification
    ,
    formal verification
    , and
    coverage-driven methodologies
  • Excellent debugging skills and familiarity with waveform viewers and log analysis
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
