Sales & Marketing Manager (Branding & Marketing)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote branding, digital marketing, and creative services, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a small team of BDEs/executives to ensure consistent lead generation, high-quality meetings, and timely follow-ups across all channels.
  • Identify new markets, industry segments, and key decision-makers, and create outreach plans using cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking events, and partnerships.
  • Work closely with strategy, creative, performance, and design teams to create effective pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: from lead qualification, requirement understanding, solutioning, and proposal submission to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Track and analyze sales funnel metrics (leads, meetings, proposals, closures, revenue) and marketing performance (campaigns, inquiries, conversions), and share dashboards with management.
  • Plan and oversee marketing activities that support sales objectives, including campaigns, events, webinars, case studies, and content that showcase agency capabilities.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, ensure high client satisfaction, and drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and positioning, and recommend improvements in service offerings, packages, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting, CRM/Excel updation, and adherence to sales processes, documentation, and collection timelines.
  • Represent the agency at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
