Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head of Interiors to lead our interior design team in creating stunning and functional spaces that exceed client expectations. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of interior design principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and present design solutions that meet their expectations

  • Develop and implement interior design concepts, schemes, and specifications for various projects

  • Lead and manage the interior design team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality design output

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency

  • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and teamwork within the design team

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and accessibility standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from International Institute is prefered

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in interior design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality interior design projects

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

  • Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and technologies

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
