  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, or referrals.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and report progress to management.
  • Manage front desk operations — greet visitors, handle courier and correspondence.
  • Assist in maintaining employee attendance records and office supplies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or administrative roles (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.
  • Ability to handle calls professionally and maintain customer relation
