- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services
- Handle inbound calls and provide information or support as required.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, or referrals.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up details.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and report progress to management.
- Manage front desk operations — greet visitors, handle courier and correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining employee attendance records and office supplies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or administrative roles (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.
- Ability to handle calls professionally and maintain customer relation
