About the Role

We are seeking a proactive
Junior Business Analyst / Project Coordinator
to join our team. The role involves assisting in requirement gathering, documentation, project coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Work with senior analysts and project managers to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are on track.
  • Document user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
  • Support in testing and validating solutions against requirements.
  • Track project progress, identify risks or issues, and escalate when necessary.
  • Facilitate meetings, take minutes, and circulate follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

  • Internship or prior experience in business analysis or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with requirement gathering tools, wireframing tools, or SQL basics.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (ECBA) or Project Management (CAPM, Scrum) is a plus.
