Role Overview

We're seeking an
AI Solutions & Strategy Manager
who blends
hands-on AI implementation
with a strategic vision for long-term growth.

In this role, you'll work closely with our founders and leadership team to:

  • Understand our diverse business models
  • Identify AI opportunities
  • Deliver practical AI solutions today
  • Build a roadmap for the AI-driven future of the futuredoctor group

You'll start by developing and implementing AI and automation projects yourself (leveraging our current developers) and will grow into leading larger, more complex initiatives as the role evolves.

Your Responsibilities

Phase 1 – Hands-On Builder

  • Learn our business models and processes across all brands.
  • Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities for quick wins.
  • Design and implement small-scale AI tools (chatbots, process automations, recommendation systems, NLP solutions, etc.).
  • Integrate AI features into existing platforms with our dev team.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Phase 2 – Strategic Expansion

  • Define and maintain the AI roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Evaluate and test AI technologies for both internal use and new customer offerings.
  • Identify skills and resources needed for scaling AI projects.
  • Establish AI best practices for ethics, data privacy, and compliance.

Phase 3 – Leadership & Scaling
(future)

  • Lead a growing AI team (engineers, data scientists, product managers).
  • Manage multiple AI initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Work closely with C-level executives to integrate AI into the group's long-term strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • Broad AI knowledge (LLMs, NLP, computer vision, automation tools, APIs).
  • Ability to design and implement working prototypes (Python, , or similar).
  • Strong understanding of business processes and translating them into AI solutions.
  • Experience leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to start small and scale.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in EdTech, healthcare, or marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
  • Startup or scale-up experience.
