Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

  • Conceptualize and visualize creative ideas for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing collaterals.
  • Design static and dynamic creatives, including banners, infographics, posters, brochures, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and branding teams to ensure designs align with campaign objectives.
  • Develop storyboards and mockups to bring concepts to life before execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and platforms.
  • Work on video graphics, GIFs, and basic motion graphics when required.
  • Adapt and optimize creatives for multiple formats (print, digital, mobile, etc.).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry practices.
  • Take ownership of design quality, ensuring attention to detail and visual impact.

Required Skillsets:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred).
  • Knowledge of Canva, Figma or similar design tools is an added advantage.
  • Strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
  • Ability to visualize concepts and translate briefs into impactful designs.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles will be preferred.
  • Good understanding of social media and digital design requirements.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Time management and ability to work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
