**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, Sketch, or other design platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or startup environment.

**Skills**
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio of design projects (digital and print).
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of layout, colour, typography, and branding.
- Ability to take direction and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with motion graphics, UI/UX, or video editing is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce high-quality visual content for print and digital platforms (e.g., social media graphics, web banners, info graphics, presentations, advertisements, packaging, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate messaging concepts into visually engaging designs.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s visual brand identity across all media.
- Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and deadlines.
- Prepare design files for production, printing, or online publishing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques.

**Languages**: Basic fluency in English and Hindi.

**Residency**:Can easily commute to Thane

**Working Conditions**:
**Days**:Monday to Saturday.**

**Timing**:10:00 AM to 6:00 PM**

**For Freshers and Experienced both**

**Salary**:
₹16,000 - ₹18,000 per month (Salary may vary depending on experience and qualifications).
