Job Title: Manager, End User Support

Locations: Thane| Hybrid

Role Overview: This senior-level role is responsible for leading field service operations (specific region TBA) in India, with a strong focus on team supervision, inventory oversight, and technical delivery. The ideal candidate brings over a decade of hands-on experience in AV/VC systems, IT infrastructure, and asset lifecycle management across the various economic zones in India and is capable of mentoring junior technicians while maintaining operational excellence.

What You Will Get To Do:

• Lead and supervise a small team of field technicians across multiple sites

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AV/VC systems and IT hardware

• Manage inventory across all Indian office locations, including asset tracking, stock levels, and procurement coordination

• Ensure compliance with EH&S protocols and site-specific operational standards

• Maintain accurate service documentation, inventory logs, and reporting dashboards

• Liaise with vendors, internal stakeholders, and procurement teams to resolve escalations

• Support onboarding and training of new hires and junior staff

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and SOP refinement

What You Will Bring:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Electronics, IT, or related technical field

• Minimum 10 years' experience in field service, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role

• Proven expertise in AV/VC systems (Cisco, Poly, Zoom Rooms), networking, and structured cabling

• Strong command of inventory management systems and asset lifecycle processes

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Fluent in English and Hindi; ability to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences

• Willingness to travel across North India as required
