Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Employment Type: Full-Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Invoice Generation & Management:

  2. Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on contracts, orders, and services provided.

  3. Ensure timely generation of invoices for products/services as per client agreements.

  4. Billing Reconciliation:

  5. Reconcile billing records and accounts to ensure accuracy.

  6. Ensure discrepancies in billing or payments are resolved promptly.

  7. Payments Processing:

  8. Monitor payments received and verify that they match the invoices issued.

  9. Process customer payments and record them accurately in the accounting system.

  10. Customer Interaction:

  11. Respond to customer queries regarding billing issues and provide clear explanations.

  12. Handle client inquiries related to invoicing discrepancies or payment status.

  13. Maintaining Billing Records:

  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records, including invoice details and payment history.

  15. Ensure all billing-related documents are stored and archived in a systematic manner.

  16. Assist in Reporting:

  17. Prepare and submit regular billing reports to management.

  18. Assist in generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to receivables and billing.

  19. Compliance and Accuracy:

  20. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and tax regulations (e.g., GST).

  21. Conduct regular checks to ensure accuracy and completeness in all billing-related tasks.

  22. Account Reconciliation:

  23. Work closely with the accounts and finance teams to reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

  24. Provide support for audits when necessary, ensuring all records are in order.

  25. Improvement and Streamlining:

  26. Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes for better efficiency.

  27. Suggest improvements in billing procedures and work on enhancing the overall billing cycle.
