About the Role

We're looking for a
Creative Strategist,
someone who sits at the intersection of
strategy, copy, and creative direction
. You'll help shape how brands think, sound, and show up, from defining their tone of voice to building full-fledged campaigns that connect culture, consumers, and commerce.

You'll work closely with the Founder and creative team across brand strategy, campaign development, and copy, turning insights into creative ideas and stories that cut through the noise.

What You'll Do
Strategy & Ideation

  • Develop brand strategies, positioning frameworks, and creative narratives for clients across lifestyle, F&B, hospitality, and luxury.
  • Translate client briefs into actionable ideas, creative territories, and campaign concepts.
  • Conduct audience profiling and competitor research to uncover meaningful insights.

Creative Direction

  • Drive ideation sessions and help define the creative tone across campaigns, social content, and experiences.
  • Collaborate with design, film, and digital teams to ensure visual-verbal harmony in all executions.
  • Maintain consistency in brand storytelling across all mediums, from ATL campaigns to social grids.

Copy & Storytelling

  • Write compelling copy and campaign lines, scripts, and digital content across platforms.
  • Develop brand tone, taglines, manifestos, and storytelling systems that bring a brand's personality to life.
  • Review and refine copy across internal and client projects to uphold creative excellence.

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Present strategies and campaign ideas confidently to clients and partners.
  • Work closely with account, design, and content teams to ensure creative alignment.
  • Mentor junior writers and strategists on creative thinking and storytelling craft.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or copywriting (agency or brand-side).
  • Strong conceptual thinker, able to connect data, design, and storytelling.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, content trends, and audience behavior.
  • A cultural sponge, someone who's curious, observant, and full of ideas.

Bonus Points If You

  • Have experience in the
    F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle
    space.
  • Have worked on integrated campaigns, digital, experiential, or influencer-led.
  • Know how to take an idea from concept to execution and love doing it collaboratively.
