About the Role

As a
Junior Media Analyst

, you'll be part of Klubenn's founding team, working closely with the strategy and performance heads.

You'll get hands-on exposure to
Meta Ads, Google Ads and analytics platforms

, learning how to transform ad data into actionable insights.

This role is designed to help you understand the complete ecosystem of performance marketing — from campaign setup and targeting to reporting and scaling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across
    Meta, Google and other platforms

.
- Monitor key campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience analysis.
- Build and maintain campaign reports, dashboards, and insights in
Google Sheets / Analytics

.
- Coordinate with the creative team to align visuals and messaging with performance goals.
- Learn continuously and bring new ideas to improve campaign results.

What You Bring

  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance, or analytics.
  • Basic understanding of
    Meta Ads

& Analytics tool.
- Strong interest in marketing data, trends, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in
Excel / Google Sheets
