Role Overview

Tigabits Technologies is hiring a Project Coordinator to join its Operations Excellence

team at the Calicut office. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of

projects across IT services, project management, and digital marketing. The Project

Coordinator will act as a bridge between cross-functional teams and leadership,

maintaining clarity in workflows, driving accountability, and supporting timely, high-

quality delivery of project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate multiple ongoing projects, ensuring tasks are prioritized

and delivered on schedule.

  • Interpret project requirements and align them with the right team members for

execution.

  • Monitor progress and ensure accountability for action items across all

stakeholders.

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, and retrospective meetings to

maintain project alignment.

  • Maintain project documentation, including trackers, risk registers, and

performance dashboards.

  • Manage workflows through project management tools (e.g., Jira) to ensure task

visibility and timely completion.

  • Provide regular project updates and progress communication to senior

leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, BCA, or related fields.

  • 0–1 year of experience in project coordination, delivery management, or

operations.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.

  • Familiarity with project management platforms and tools (preferably Jira).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of IT and digital marketing workflows.

  • Ability to maintain structured trackers, dashboards, and reports.

  • High accountability, proactive problem-solving, and adaptability in dynamic

environments.

  • Probation Period: 2 months, including structured onboarding, training, and

performance evaluation.
