We are looking for a forward-thinking Testing Leader who can take our QA function to the next level by driving technology adoption, automation excellence, and innovative testing practices.

Quality Metrics: Define measurable KPIs for quality, test effectiveness, automation coverage, and continuous improvement.

Delivery : Work closely with internal organizations, project teams and clients to develop project schedules, execute test plans and cases, and deliver high quality products

Preferred Qualifications

Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering from a premier school

Minimum 12-15 years of Work experience in a similar role preferred

Experience in developing test plans, test cases and performing testing

Familiar with technologies like Worksoft, Tosca, Java, SQL, Scala, Databases, NoSQL, Web Services (Rest & soap).

Familiar with using tools to measure system and performance metrics.

Extremely detail oriented, committed to the highest quality of work you're doing

Experience in presenting executive level briefs for business reviews, forecast delivery schedules and risk mitigations

Ability to communicate effectively with peers, senior leadership and globally dispersed partners

Deep Inquisitive mind and ability to bring in change.

Minimum Qualifications

15+ years of relevant experience with at least 8 years' experience managing stakeholders and large complex testing programs

Experience in SAP Testing with good understanding of Supply Chain Processes

Experience in testing/test management of S/4 Hana Implementations.

Experience in product quality and uncovering hard to find scenarios and bugs.

Background in setting up and leading QA teams.

Experience in QA for highly scalable, distributed and high performance platforms.

Experience in functional & performance testing.

Excellent knowledge of QA automation methodologies, processes, and tools.","internalDetails":null,"eeoContent":null
