Role & responsibilities
- The candidate would be responsible for efficiently handling daily queries related to the policy benefits and claim process reported through calls and e-mails.
- Primarily required to be placed at Clients site.
- Managing HR and employees queries that will be routed through calls and E-Mails
- Dealing internally and externally (TPA and Insurance Company) with multiple stakeholders for timely resolution of queries
- Handling employees queries timely and efficaciously
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Insurance domain
- Good written and verbal communication skill
- Good excel knowledge
- Good Interpersonal skill
