Guest Services & Experience
- Welcome & Farewell:Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in, and provide a fond farewell during checkout.
- Guest Satisfaction:Ensure all guest needs and requests are promptly addressed, aiming for high levels of satisfaction.
- Information & Concierge:Provide detailed information about the hotel, city attractions, and services, acting as a local expert.
- Special Requests:Fulfill special requests, such as arranging for flowers, room decorations, or catering to dietary preferences.
VIP & Special Guest Management
- VIP Oversight:Handle VIP arrivals and departures, completing pre-registration formalities and ensuring their needs are prioritized.
- Personalized Attention:Develop rapport with guests and anticipate their needs, offering assistance with tasks like travel arrangements or messages.
Administrative & Operational Tasks
- Room Management:Allocate rooms to arriving guests, considering their preferences and any special requirements.
- Guest Folios & Profiles:Maintain guest folios and input guest likes and dislikes into profiles for future stays.
- Inter-departmental Coordination:Coordinate with departments like housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and meet guest expectations.
- Cashiering:Perform basic cashier activities as needed.
- Feedback Collection:Gather feedback during guest departures to improve services and maintain guest history records.
Problem Solving & Communication
- Complaint Resolution:Efficiently and promptly handle guest complaints and concerns to resolve issues and maintain positive guest relationships.
- Information Dissemination:Act as a coordinator between guests and various hotel departments, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
Knowledge & Professionalism
- Hotel & City Knowledge:Possess in-depth knowledge about the hotel, local attractions, and competitive offerings.
- Grooming & Standards:Adhere to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards to maintain a professional image.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.73 per month
