Job Title: Guest Relations Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the café, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and manage the waiting area during peak hours.
- Assist guests with menu choices, providing information about dishes, specials, and promotions.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the café team to ensure smooth service and high-quality guest experiences.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Collect feedback from guests to improve service quality and overall experience.
- Assist in promoting café events, offers, and loyalty programs to guests.
- Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the café area.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and provide personalized service.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of the café menu and offerings is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and reservation management software.
