Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Camunda Engineer with over 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Business Process Management (BPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Camunda BPM, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, and will be responsible for delivering scalable workflow automation solutions that align with business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy BPMN workflows, DMN decision tables, and CMMN case models using Camunda.
  • Integrate Camunda with Java/Spring Boot applications, REST/SOAP APIs, and microservices.
  • Develop and optimize orchestration workflows to automate complex business processes.
  • Configure and extend Camunda process engine through custom plugins, external tasks, and connectors.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into process automation solutions.
  • Implement error handling, retries, escalation, and monitoring mechanisms within workflows.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and availability of deployed Camunda solutions.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of BPM solutions.
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for process-related defects.
  • Stay updated with the latest Camunda platform updates (7.x/8.x), BPM best practices, and cloud-native orchestration tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in BPM/workflow automation, with 3+ years in Camunda BPM (7.x or 8.x).
  • Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN standards.
  • Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with database integration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment of Camunda in cloud-native environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

  • Experience with Camunda 8 (Zeebe engine) and SaaS offerings.
  • Knowledge of process monitoring and optimization tools (Optimize, Operate, Tasklist).
  • Experience in DevOps practices (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Helm).
  • Exposure to RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and integration with BPM.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate).

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Pay: ₹80, ₹90,000.00 per month
