We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Junior E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The role involves overseeing product listings, coordinating promotions, analyzing performance data, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Management
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, stock levels).
  • Ensure consistent product categorization and content optimization (SEO-friendly).
  • Platform & Store Operations
  • Manage company presence across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Monitor inventory, order fulfillment, returns, and customer queries.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehousing, and customer service teams.
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, marketplace ads).
  • Track performance of campaigns and optimize for ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze sales reports, website traffic, and customer behavior.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve conversion rates.
  • Customer Experience
  • Ensure smooth pre- and post-sales customer support.
  • Monitor customer reviews/ratings and implement improvements.
