Experience: 5 years On - Site Experience desirable. ( up to 4 years experience shall be eligible if extraordinary skills are displayed)

Skills Required: Fluent in English, Excellent Computer literacy and knowledge of Design and visualization software, excellent project management and supervision skills. Time management skills. Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills.

1.    Co-ordination with Stakeholders- Client, Site Team, Consultants and Contractors.

2.    Update progress of works to the Project In-charge on day-to-day basis.

3.    Liaise and update Daily progress of works to the Projects In-charge and bring attention to critical issues causing bottlenecks on site.

4.    Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.

5.    Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations

6.    Monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the Architect.

7.    Preparation and Monitoring of Quality Control Plan

8.    Liaise with Client Team and Contractors involved in the project for day-to-day progress of works.

9.    Attend and (or) Organize regular site meetings or workshops to discuss progress of works with relevant stake holders (i.e. Client, Design Team and Contractors) .

10. Review Joint Measurement records prepared by the Site engineer along with Contractor, and check and approve bill raised by the Contractor.

11. Ensure quality control and health and safety matters on site as per contract conditions, relevant codes and standards and ensure strict adherence to the same on site.

12. Quantity estimation as and when required.

13. Resolving unexpected technical difficulties and keep informed all stake holders of other problems that may arise.

14. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

15. Assist in preparation and administration of Tenders and Procurement.

16. Assist in preparing project planning documents, and regular monitoring and tracking of construction programme.

17. Quantity Estimation and preparation of BOQ.

18. Site visit for quality audits or bill checking, as and when required.
