As a Principal Sourcing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates to meet our organisation's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our company's values and requirements.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, negotiating job offers, and facilitating onboarding for selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for Iall roles, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Provide regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of candidates, to stakeholders and management.
• Manage the entire offer process, including negotiating with candidates, taking
  
  approvals from HOD's and rolling out offers.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies in handling candidates and recruitment related data.

You'll need to demonstrate:

• 9+ years of experience in broad range of Recruitment.
• Worked on leadership roles for IT Industry.
• Preferred Industry- Investment Banking, Financial services (Good to have).
• Experience in forecasting & part of implementation team.
• Responsible for managing end to end recruitment & implementing strategies.
• Experience in LinkedIn Sourcing (Good to have).
• Stakeholder Management experience.
• Excellent Communication
