Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Supervisor located in Ahmedabad. The Security Supervisor will oversee daily security operations, manage security staff, ensure the safety and security of premises, and monitor security systems. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with clients, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining detailed security reports. The Security Supervisor will also conduct regular inspections and training sessions to maintain high security standards.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience
  • Strong Physical Security knowledge and practices
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to manage security staff and maintain detailed reports
  • Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations efficiently
  • Previous experience in a security-related role is highly beneficial
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and monitoring systems
