Job Title : Customer Service Associate – Domestic BPO

Shift : Rotational Day Shift

Role Summary

As a Domestic BPO Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone (or sometimes chat/email), handling domestic voice process. You'll resolve queries, provide product/service information, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to queries, issues, complaints, or information requests.

  • Adhere to the established process for issue resolution, escalation if needed.

  • Provide accurate information about company offerings.

  • Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and maintain service quality.

  • Maintain correct and complete records of all customer interactions (CRM updates).

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, quality score, attendance, customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum education: Graduation complete

  • 6 months exp. in a BPO, especially in voice inbound/outbound process, is preferred but freshers are also considered.

  • Good command over English (spoken & written).

  • Immediate joining preferred or notice period as per candidate's last employment.
