Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually engaging and brand-aligned graphics and video content optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Develop and execute creative ideas and strategies to enhance social media engagement and audience interaction.
  • Design compelling branding elements including logos, brand guides, promotional materials, and digital assets.
  • Utilize advanced AI tools such as HeyGen, Caption AI, Freepik AI, and other AI-driven platforms to streamline content creation and enhance quality.
  • Edit high-quality videos for diverse formats including promotional videos, social media reels, educational content, customer testimonials, and advertisements.
  • Expertly manage video editing software and tools including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related plugins.
  • Design and produce professional graphics using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant design software.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and tech teams to ensure consistency and alignment with overall brand strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally in a fast-paced digital marketing or real estate environment.
  • Demonstrated deep understanding of social media trends, engagement techniques, and content strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong branding sense, with experience in creating impactful and cohesive brand identities.
  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with AI-driven creative platforms like HeyGen, Caption AI, and Freepik AI.
  • Exceptional creativity, discipline, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience or strong interest in the real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with real estate marketing trends and consumer behaviors.
