The Role

We're looking for a highly skilled
GenAI Engineer
to lead the end-to-end creation, development, and management of our next-generation AI agents. This role is crucial for building autonomous systems that can perform complex tasks, interact with various environments, and evolve over time. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle, from initial ideation and prototyping to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Agent Development:
  Design, build, and train sophisticated AI agents using cutting-edge Generative AI models and frameworks. This includes developing the core logic, memory, and reasoning capabilities of the agents to enable them to perform specific tasks.
• Prompt Engineering & Optimization:
  Master the art of prompt engineering to guide and control agent behavior. You'll be responsible for creating and refining prompts to ensure agents act efficiently, ethically, and in alignment with their goals.
• End-to-End Lifecycle Management:
  Oversee the entire agent lifecycle, including:
• Prototyping & Testing:
  Rapidly prototype new agent concepts and conduct rigorous testing to validate their performance and robustness.
• Deployment & Integration:
  Deploy agents into production environments and integrate them with existing systems and APIs.
• Monitoring & Maintenance:
  Implement robust monitoring systems to track agent performance, identify failures, and perform necessary maintenance and updates.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Analyze agent data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement iterative enhancements to their capabilities and efficiency.
• Tooling & Ecosystem:
  Develop and manage the tools, frameworks, and APIs that enable agents to interact with external systems and data sources effectively. This includes managing function calling and orchestrating complex workflows.
• Ethical AI & Safety:
  Ensure all agents are developed and deployed with a strong focus on safety, transparency, and ethical guidelines. Mitigate potential biases and guard against unintended behaviours.

Qualification:

• Experience:
  Proven experience in building and deploying Generative AI applications, with a specific focus on Agentic systems.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python
  and experience with relevant libraries such as
  LangChain
  ,
  LlamaIndex
  , or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Deep understanding of
  Large Language Models (LLMs)
  , their architectures, and their practical application.
• Experience with
  cloud platforms
  (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices for deploying and managing AI models.
• Knowledge of databases, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from conception to completion.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain complex technical concepts.
