Job Description:

The Asset Manager will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, and updating site and system data related to service delivery. This includes managing the complete asset lifecycle, ensuring data integrity, and supporting audit and compliance activities. The role requires interaction with internal and external systems (including Verizon platforms) for data reporting and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an accurate asset register for all assets related to the services.
  • Manage the full asset lifecycle from requisition and inventory to installation and disposal.
  • Ensure accurate asset records including ownership and location; make them available for periodic reviews.
  • Update asset records in response to all change-related activities (e.g., Install/Move/Add/Change, Break/Fix).
  • Provide asset data reports to external Client systems such as financial and internal billing platforms.
  • Support and conduct physical inventory audits and reporting as required.
  • Perform monthly asset reconciliation between asset database and live network; generate exception and custom reports.
  • Ensure control, accountability, and integrity of assets and configuration items throughout the service lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in asset management or IT service operations.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, MS Access, and database/reporting tools.
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, hardware/software inventory tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and deductive reasoning abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a flexible approach.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently.
