Sr. Architect

• Project Leadership:Oversee design teams and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept development to final completion.
• Client Collaboration:Work with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences to develop appropriate design solutions.
• Design & Documentation:Create and refine building plans, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Technical Oversight:Provide technical expertise and quality control, ensuring designs are constructible and comply with all relevant codes and regulations.
• Project Management:Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants.
• Site Supervision:Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to the architectural plans and quality standards.
• Mentorship:Guide and supervise junior architects and design staff, providing technical and professional development.
• Compliance:Ensure all designs and projects comply with building codes, zoning laws, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience:Proven experience as an architect, with many roles requiring 3-5 or more years of professional experience.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and knowledge of BIM technology.
• Soft Skills:
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively present designs and coordinate with various teams.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide teams and stakeholders.
• Creativity: A highly creative approach to design and problem-solving.
• Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in plans and specifications.
• Project Management: Solid skills in managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
