Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Management:
  • Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Managing resources, including personnel and materials.
  • Overseeing the selection and procurement of materials.
  • Ensuring projects are completed within established timelines and budgets.
  • Technical Oversight:
  • Reviewing and approving technical designs and drawings.
  • Providing technical advice and solutions to problems encountered during construction.
  • Ensuring adherence to engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Conducting site surveys and setting out.
  • Monitoring construction progress and quality.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination:
  • Leading and mentoring junior engineers and other site personnel.
  • Collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, architects, and other professionals.
  • Safety & Compliance:
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Implementing and maintaining safety procedures on site.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Preparing project reports, updates, and documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate records of site activities and progress.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
