We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Sales who can lead our sales efforts, manage a team, and contribute to achieving our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide a team of sales executives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and follow-ups.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and client segments.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property/site visits.
  • Prepare and manage sales proposals, quotations, and negotiations.
  • Coordinate with marketing and project teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables.
  • Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Generate periodic sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or real estate.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of driving sales performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
