Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Store/Purchase Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in managing store or warehouse operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store/warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the purchase department for material requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and dispatch of materials.
- Monitor and control stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Maintain documentation related to stock movement, GRNs, and purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any relevant field.
- 1–4 years of experience in a similar role within the pharma or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of store/warehouse operations.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software is a plus.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
