JOB Description

  • Design and develop visually appealing and interactive dashboards that help users quickly

grasp critical insights from data.

  • Connect Tableau / Power BI/ Looker to various data sources, ensuring data accuracy, and

maintaining data integrity.

  • Improving load times, enhancing responsiveness, and handling large datasets efficiently.
  • Educate users on navigating and utilizing Tableau / Power BI/ Looker dashboards and

offering support to resolve issues.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their business

requirements and translate them into functional specifications

  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity by implementing data validation and

quality checks.

  • Create efficient SQL queries using Python/SQL / Big Query GCP to collect or manipulate

data from external applications and the data warehouse

  • Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business

problems. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support various business initiatives and decision-

making processes.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in Tableau / Power BI/ Looker, data

visualization, SQL and Python / Big Query GCP to bring innovative solutions to the team.Mandatory Skills:

  • 4-7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, or a related field.
  • Strong reporting skills with Tableau / Power BI/ Looker (different charts, data blending, LOD

calculations, etc.) and Tableau Server.

  • Strong practical experience with SQL and Database principles to perform ad-hoc query and

analysis for business users day to day business.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical details to non-

technical stakeholders.

  • Strong technical and analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban & Agile tools such as Jira.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have skills:

  • Certifications in Tableau / Power BI/ Looker
  • Knowledge of Power BI or Looker Studio tool.
  • Familiarity with retail reporting and KPIs.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python or R) for data manipulation and analysis.
