Legal Counsel For Real Estate Company at Pune

Role & responsibilities

a. Legal Drafting: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.

b. Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance to all relevant laws, regulations for Real Estate Industry.

c. Support Senior Advocate : Prepare legal documents as required by external Advocate for representing the case in court.

d. Risk Management: Identify, and mitigate legal and compliance risks by developing and implementing necessary policies and procedures.

e. Strategic Advice: Provide appropriate legal guidance to Management and departments on potential legal matters

f. Policy Development: Create and implement company policies and procedures to ensure legal and ethical operations.

g. Dispute Resolution: Manage legal disputes, which may include litigation /alternative dispute resolution. processes.

h. Awareness : Stay abreast about changes in relevant legislation

i. Liasion /Communication: Liaise with external advocate , internal departments, management, and other external third-party on legal matters

j. Legal Expertise: Strong understanding of various legal areas relevant to RERA and Real Estate industry.

k. Documentation : Be fully conversant with land related document and regulation of RERA.

l. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for advising stakeholders and drafting documents.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking an experienced in-house counsel for SLP Group, a Real Estate Company.

This is a mid-level position for a qualified advocate to provide vital legal support to our Real Estate business. The desired candidate should have experience in all land, civil and criminal matter . Have detailed knowledge about the related legal documentation, RERA Regulation. He will be supporting the company's senior advocates of the company.
