The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities including GST filing, TDS deductions, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, invoicing, statutory compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software and strong understanding of tax regulations and statutory filings.

Roles and Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP).
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Maintain ledgers, journals, purchase orders, and voucher entries.

2. GST Filing & Compliance

  • Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
  • Maintain GST purchase/sales registers and reconcile input tax credit.
  • Ensure compliance with GST law, e-way bills, and GST audits.

3. TDS Handling

  • Calculate and deduct TDS as applicable under Income Tax Act.
  • Maintain TDS register, challans, and file quarterly TDS returns.
  • Generate & issue TDS certificates (Form 16A) to vendors.

4. Reconciliations

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of:
  • Bank statements
  • Vendor/supplier accounts
  • Customer ledger
  • GST/TDS records

5. Payroll & Statutory Compliance

  • Assist in salary processing and maintain employee expense records.
  • Handle PF and ESIC calculations and filings.
  • Maintain compliance documents and coordinate with HR and statutory auditors.

6. Payments & Collections

  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain ageing reports.
  • Manage petty cash and expense reimbursements.

7. Invoice & E-Invoicing

  • Prepare, verify, and upload invoices to e-invoicing portal.
  • Ensure accuracy in invoice data, GST structure, and supporting documentation.

8. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain financial records and documentation as per company and audit requirements.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, balance sheet schedules, and financial statements support.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audit requirements.

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
