What you'll do

  • Plan a 
    weekly content calendar
     with the team (hooks, scripts, shot lists).
  • Shoot
     flats/amenities/routes/testimonials; 
    appear on camera
     for intros/VOs/explainers.
  • Edit quickly
     for Reels/Shorts (CapCut/Premiere: cuts, captions, subtitles).
  • Collaborate with 
    Video Editor
     (long/heavy cuts), 
    Graphic Designer
     (covers/thumbnails), and 
    Social Media Manager
     (posting/analytics).
  • Keep files tidy, manage consent, maintain a small kit (phone/gimbal/mic/light).

Who can apply

  • Portfolio helps, 
    but not mandatory
     for interns/freshers (see mini-task).
  • Comfortable on camera; basic framing/audio/lighting sense.
  • CapCut or Premiere; Bengali/Hindi fluent; working English.
  • In-office
     (Lake Town, Kolkata) + field shoots across the city.
  • Team player; takes feedback well and moves fast.

Nice to have

Canva/AE basics; real-estate or local-business content; directing talent; graphic design.

Work terms

  • Full-time, 
    in-office
     (on-site shoots as needed). Stipend for interns; compensation for full-time depends on portfolio/fit.
