Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, with experience in developing and executing comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Create high-quality content for various channels, including website, social media, email, and advertising.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research and implement technical SEO best practices.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and optimize for engagement, conversion, and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of professional content writing/copywriting experience in EdTech, digital marketing, or skill training industry.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable results (conversion rates, engagement metrics, campaign performance).
  • SEO knowledge, schema markup, keyword research, keyword cluster, and search intent optimization.
  • Experience with CMS, email platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to work with design teams on content-visual integration.
