● Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Fundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.

About the Role
We are looking for a
Lead – Performance Marketing
to drive user acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility. You'll play a key role in designing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role requires a mix of analytical expertise, creativity, and hands-on campaign management experience to deliver strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive
performance marketing strategy
to drive growth. - Plan, launch, and optimize
digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
across Google, Meta, and affiliate platforms. - Manage budgets and bids
to ensure cost efficiency and a healthy CAC. - Identify and test
new growth channels
to expand reach and performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, improve funnel conversions, and optimize campaign impact.
- Create and maintain
dashboards and performance reports
to track key metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.). - Ensure data-driven decision-making through continuous monitoring, analysis, and optimization.
Requirements:
- 1–6 years of experience in
managing performance marketing campaigns
. - Proven track record in
lead generation
and
ROI-driven campaigns
. - Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in
Google Ads
,
Meta Ads
, and
affiliate marketing
platforms. - Excellent understanding of performance metrics, conversion funnels, and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
