We are looking for an Associate Director Reconcilation & Chargeback Operations for a leading Fintech Platform.
Job Profile: Leading Recon and Chargeback team Ensure organization level daily reconciliation of all accounts and CMS balances Timely closure of all customer complaints related to card transactions Regulatory reporting to bank as agreed frequency and during timelines Complete automation and process improvisation to ensure smooth functioning of recon and chargeback operations. Card transactions Cost and Revenue analysis Regular bank & team meetings to ensure smooth process
Requirements: 12-15 years of work experience in Reconciliation & Chargeback Operations Graduate or Post Graduate in finance & accounting from universities. Should Have -Knowledge of card transactions cost and revenue -Understanding of commercials and invoicing process -Guidelines related PPI and Credit card operations Nice to Have -Understanding and experience on Card Management life cycle -Banking operations experience Work Location Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Fluency in English is mandatory) Sound Analytical & Logical Reasoning skills Proficient in MS applications to ensure analysis, reporting & documentation) Experience in fintech/banking is a plus
