International Voice SKY Processes (UK Process)

CTC: 3 to 6 LPA

Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

About the Role:

Join the SKY team to deliver outstanding customer experiences through multiple UK-based voice processes from upselling and customer support to semi-technical assistance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for SKY customers in the UK region
  • Upsell SKY TV add-ons, plans, and premium services (for SKY SUV)
  • Provide accurate resolutions to customer queries (for SKY TV)
  • Support semi-technical troubleshooting for SKY Q users
  • Maintain call quality, documentation, and compliance with company standards

Must-Haves:

  • Excellent spoken English and listening skills
  • Confidence in handling international calls
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)

Qualification:

10th / PUC / Any Graduate

Salary:

  • Freshers: 21,000 23,000 (23,000 CTC)
  • Experienced: Up to 28,000 (based on performance and experience)
