Key Responsibilities
- Front-desk and visitor management: Greet and assist visitors, answer and screen phone calls, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Administrative support: Schedule meetings and appointments, manage calendars, and assist with preparing documents, reports, and memos.
- Office operations: Maintain office supplies, ensure equipment is in working order, and help coordinate company events.
- Record keeping: Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Staff support: Assist with HR tasks like onboarding or maintaining employee records, and support the office team with various tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
