Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the Chinese section, ensuring consistent food quality and presentation.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes including noodles, fried rice, dim sum, stir-fries, soups, and sauces.
  • Ensure dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
  • Maintain high levels of kitchen hygiene, organization, and safety.
  • Monitor mise-en-place and ensure readiness for service.
  • Train and guide Commis chefs in Chinese cooking techniques and presentation.
  • Control wastage and manage inventory effectively.
  • Coordinate with the Sous Chef and other sections for timely service.
  • Participate in menu planning and suggest new Chinese dishes.
  • Ensure adherence to HACCP and food safety guidelines

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹27, ₹28,000.00 per month
