Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the Chinese section, ensuring consistent food quality and presentation.
 - Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes including noodles, fried rice, dim sum, stir-fries, soups, and sauces.
 - Ensure dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
 - Maintain high levels of kitchen hygiene, organization, and safety.
 - Monitor mise-en-place and ensure readiness for service.
 - Train and guide Commis chefs in Chinese cooking techniques and presentation.
 - Control wastage and manage inventory effectively.
 - Coordinate with the Sous Chef and other sections for timely service.
 - Participate in menu planning and suggest new Chinese dishes.
 - Ensure adherence to HACCP and food safety guidelines
 
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹27, ₹28,000.00 per month
