Role Summary

We're now looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our growing team and help us elevate the Delightree experience across mobile and web. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with the founders, product managers, and engineers to shape the future of franchise operations.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end design for core product features used by franchise owners, managers, and team members.

  • Create elegant, user-centric solutions through wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.

  • Partner with product managers and engineers to scope and prioritize features with the right trade-offs.

  • Conduct usability testing, gather insights, and iterate based on user feedback and data.

  • Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across Delightree's product surfaces.

  • Mentor junior designers and build a team later, and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

Qualification and Experience

  • Experience: 6+ years of product design experience in SaaS, enterprise, or mobile-first products, with a track record of successfully building desktop and mobile products

Key Skills

  • Strong UX thinking, paired with solid visual design skills and an attention to detail.

  • A portfolio that showcases both process and polish - real-world examples of shipped work.

  • Comfort with Figma and modern design tools. Bonus: motion design or front-end skills.

  • A collaborative mindset - you're someone who seeks feedback early and often.

  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines while aligning with team goals.

Interview process

  • UX Round – A hands-on evaluation of your ability to analyze and improve user experiences. We'll explore how you break down complex design challenges, articulate your thinking clearly, and identify opportunities to improve user experience.

  • Whiteboard Round – A structured problem-solving session where you'll work through a product challenge end-to-end.

  • Product Round – A deep dive into your product thinking, decision-making, and user-centric approach.
