 M.G Road, Vijayawada (Candidates must already be based in Vijayawada)

Role & Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth


• Maintain relationships with key clients


• Manage and lead the sales team to meet or exceed targets


• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors


• Prepare sales reports and provide insights to senior management


• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams for seamless execution


• Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support

Qualifications Required:


• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field


• Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or project-based industries


• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets


• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills


• Experience in team leadership and performance management


• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytic s preferred


• Familiar with MS Office, Excel.
